History of Present Illness:
A 22-year-old male is brought to the ED for a head injury after crashing a rented scooter with no helmet on. He complains of headache but nothing else. Bystanders said he lost consciousness for about 20 seconds.
Vital Signs & Physical Exam:
Vital signs are normal. Physical exam is otherwise normal except for and occipital contusion.
Initial Differential Diagnosis:

- IC bleed
