History of Present Illness:
A 32-year-old male presents to the ED for wrist pain after a fall while skateboarding. He denies any elbow, shoulder, head, neck or back pain or other complaints.
Vital Signs & Physical Exam:
Vital signs are normal. Physical exam is otherwise normal except for diffuse wrist tenderness without deformity
Initial Differential Diagnosis: wrist fracture, wrist sprain
