History of Present Illness:

A 60-ish-year-old male presents to the ED for 2-3 weeks of rash that started on his leg and has spread.  His doctor prescribed prednisone, but it is not helping.  There is not fever or pain, but sometimes it feels slightly itchy.  Other than the prednisone he takes not medications.

Vital Signs & Physical Exam:
