History of Present Illness:
A man in his mid 30’s presents to the ER with 24 hours of gradual but severe painless vision loss in his left eye. He said it is going black. He denies flashes or floaters but that eye has always had very blurring vision since getting a scissors to the left eye when he was a kid. He denies other complaints
Vital Signs & Physical Exam:
Cornea irregular but not cloudy. Visual acuity finger counting in left eye
